REFUND POLICY
Overview
We understand things can go south when making a purchase online e.g the size might not be right for you.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, but we will gladly exchange your purchase for you.
For all exchanges within South African, item/s must be returned to Flexi Fit within 7 working days (Please do notify us within 2 days after receiving your item/s of your exchange to allow us to keep aside your next preferred item).
To be eligible for an exchange, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. For health reasons item/s that have been worn, marked, soiled, washed or damaged will not be exchanged. This is extremely important, we cannot and will not offer you an exchange if the requested criteria is not met.
Please note: When making exchange you may not be guaranteed your specific size, style, or colour, as our Gym wear is not mass –produced. If your original item/s is no longer in stock, we will work something out for you such as issuing a credit note or offer you other item that you may like.
Non-returnable items
Sale Items- Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
